Top Ten Tuesday - What I Like (Love) About Myself

*(this one was hard ladies. I wasn't going to do it, but after reading yours it helped. I am sure I took a few from each of yours too...sorry!)

10. I am the shoulder at the office and with my friends and with my mom. Sometimes something I wish I weren't, but most of the time I like it and it makes me feel like people trust me and I sure do get the scoop. Guess that is a bonus. The little Asian guy over the wall at the office gets all the scoop too and I am sure he isn't a fan that I am the shoulder at the office.
9. I love that people trust me with taking pictures for them. It makes me feel good and I sure do love doing it!
8. I feel like I am a dang good mom. She drives me up the wall and makes me what to pull my hair out sometimes, but I feel like I am teaching her good things and how to be a good person. I hope I am. I do love this job.
7. I too am an out doors girl. We don't go camping enough and the older we get the more "cushy" camping we do...but I LOVE it and love that I am not the "I must stay in a hotel" kinda girl. Thank you parents to not being able to afford to "teach" us that way. :)
6. I love deeply. Maybe the crazy kinda deeply. The kind where you wonder if you should be my friend or my hubby/boyfriend kinda crazy, but I like it.
5. I am a freaking rockin Aunt. I strive to get the best present of the night (no matter Birthday or Christmas). I was very happy to hear that the barbie I got Ainsley finally beat out Grandma and Papa's gift. Whew. I hope they all like me for more then that, but who knows. :)
4. I trust. I might trust too much, but I usually trust right from the get go and let myself get burned before I realize it was a mistake to trust.
3. I love animals more then most. Could name every dog and cat on the way home from Elementary school. Should have been a Vet, but that was just too much dang school for me. Still do love em. Our dog drives me nuts, but I would cry cry cry if anything happened to him.
2. I tend to keep friends for a very long long time. Harmony since Kindergarten. Laurie since 8th grade...if you are worth keeping ... I keep ya. I guess that makes me a keeper too. :)
1. I am not afraid of most things. I hate spiders, but I will take one on if I must. I will pick up most any bug or snake or you name it. I think I am passing that down to Ashlynn too. She is willing to touch anything...so I am making a tough girl here.

Grant-C Before And After

My before and after pictures of Grant-C. I should have remembered that we just ate and he had a Popsicle too. :) BUT...I have photo shop. Love it. Cleaned the face, attempted to remove the shiner and brightened his eyes (as if they needed that!)

Thank You Aunt Amy And Aunt Leannna

Whew...busy weekend. Ran to take pictures of little man Beau Friday, but couldn't even think about taking Ashlynn along for that one, so Aunt Amy was there to save the day! Whew...I have attached some pictures.

And then on Saturday I ran down to the Salem area to ummm...pick up Josh's Christmas present. It is still HUSH HUSH people and he reads this blog, so no telling what I really did. :) But Aunt Leanna was there to save me again. I was so close to her house that she offered to watch Ashlynn while I did what I needed to do. That was perfect! She got to run around with Jackson and dress up with Ainsley. Perfect. Leanna has pictures of that trip that I hope she will post for me.

THANK YOU! Even though you are both about 45 minutes from my house you still are available for me! I appreciate it!!!

Oh how I love that Josh gives her a bath. They have time to giggle and play and bond (as if they need more of that...first thing I hear in the morning is "Daddy"???) This kid loves her daddy.

My great white hunters. :) Josh hasn't got an Elk in a while, but these two are the best fly hunters in the North West!!! Ashlynn loves finding "buggies" with her daddy.

The one I always played with. Even if it was because we were the little kids. Didn't matter. Still picked you and we had fun dang it. Make believe, playing animals, dolls, making forts...you name it. We had the best time.

You were the one and still are, that I defended. Even if it was taking a boy by the back of his shirt to the recess aid or the beat down I gave Jeremy for you...you were worth it. Don't mess with my little sister dang it.

Hopefully I helped make your wedding a good memory. I wouldn't have wanted to be a fat fairy for anyone else.

Thanks for loving my kid (or acting like you do) as much as you love your own. You treat her so well and she loves her Aunt Nana.

Thank you for having three of the most beautiful nephew and nieces for me. And for letting me be in the room for each of their births. Those are cherished memories and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Glad Mom and Dad decided to start you a year later in school, so we weren't right next to each other...but it sure was fun to have you around. Even if I acted like it wasn't.

We might pick on you and we might roll our eyes when you go on long rants about who knows what, but you are a wonderful little sister and the perfect forth child for our family. Glad Mom and Dad didn't stop with me after all.

New Frog Towel
