Started feeling the first "flutters" this weekend. Even went to my book to make sure I should be feeling it this early. Yep. Yahoo. Not just gas bubbles. How fun. I love that I know what I am looking for this time.
Ashlynn was packing her baby doll up her shirt last night. I am worried this kid is in too much of a hurry to have a baby of her own. :) Wish I had gotten a picture!
I will post lots of picture updates tomorrow for the end of this summer.

So Far So Good...
I had an ultra sound today. The fist one, so it was extra exciting to get to see the baby. It is so weird to see it moving around and not be able to feel it yet. I remember feeling that way about Ashlynn too. I really loved seeing it! It makes it more real.
They were doing an ultra sound to make sure everything was looking ok, since I will be 35 a couple weeks after the baby comes. I didn't fight it. I was happy to have pictures of this new little Komp baby. :)
A few pictures of the baby for ya. *(No Leanna...you can't see if it is a boy or a girl yet!!) :)

Too Funny
This was on one of Leanna's friends blogs. I had to laugh. Loved it! So true So true and I am so there with you girl friend!!!
From Kelli's Blog:
most of you don't know, but i've been having some medical issues for the past few months. i haven't been feeling well but i've done a lot of research and seen the doctor a couple times and they've confirmed that i suffer from what nearly 6 million americans do each year. luckily there's a cure, but i have yet to experience the worst of it. in about 6 months i'm supposed to have a really hard time with this condition. luckily, if all goes well, it ends in the birth of a beautiful new addition to our family.

My Sweet BIG Girl
She is getting ready for a little sister or brother. I love that she is catching on already (life is going to be changing). :)
This is our conversation last night:
Me: Who do you love?
Ashlynn: I love (I thought she said Daddy here)
Me: What? Daddy??? How about Mommy? (Tickling her).
Ashlynn: NO!
Me: Didn't you say Daddy?
Ashlynn: No. I love the baby
Me: Oh. Well honey, where is the baby?
Ashlynn: In yours tummy.
So sweet. This poor second child is going to be man handled by it's older sister. Look out kid. It will be love she is giving you, just very aggressive love.

She Broke His Heart Last Night
This is an old picture from back in February, but I don't have a recent one. This is their bed time routine. Josh give Ashlynn a bath, brush their teeth, get jammas on and then rock and read a book. I used to rock her all the way to sleep, but Josh has made sure that she doesn't need that anymore. It made me sad, but it was the smart thing. So he reads a book to her and then lays her down for the night. She says good night and falls asleep.
Well: Last night was different. Last night she didn't even want to sit on his lap. She wanted to sit on the foot stool part and read a book to Daddy. No snuggle time for daddy last night. She gave him a hug, but refused to sit and be read to. She feel asleep well again, but Josh was heart broken. Poor Daddy. He is having a very hard time with his little girl growing up.
