One day we built a snow man...tall tall tall (kinda).

Snowed In

The snow started Sunday and hasn't stopped. I have been snowed in all week. Josh has made it down the hill, but I wasn't able to get studs on my little car and I don't want to risk going over the edge with Ashlynn in the car with me.
Here are some pictures from this week. Ashlynn is tired of me, I have my moments with her and she has decided that she loves Brix. Someone else to talk to and play with I guess. The picture with my computer is to prove to a coworker that we really do have that much snow. He wanted a picture of me holding today's paper, but I don't have a paper and I don't think a picture of me in my pjs would be appropriate to send a coworker.
Ashlynn is really sick of me working on the computer though. Her new phrase this week is "No Puter". NO PUTER!". Sweetie pie.

Snow Day!

Our first snow of the year!!! I love how the house looks in the snow and how cute Ashlynn is when she is all bundled up in her snow gear (thanks Leanna). Here are the pictures from today (yes...she is feeling much better. Ends up it was only a 10 hour thing. She still has the cold, but I will take that over puke anyday!).

Maxim Company Christmas Party

Having fun at the Maxim Christmas Party. Ashlynn wasn't thrilled about Santa, but the old fat guy should have had a candy cane and then she would have been his best friend! :) He is by far the best Santa I have ever seen though and the party was as wonderful as ever.

Attempt At A Christmas Picture

This was supposed to be fun. :) I just wanted some cute pictures of us in front of our tree. Maybe us girls with the Santa hats on? Right. Ashlynn wanted nothing to do with the hats. So enjoy the outtakes and then the couple good ones we were able to get.

Help Needed From The Bloggers

My sisters, friends and parents with kids older then Ashlynn...She is sick again (still, but now with some stomach thing). What oh what the heck do you do when the baby is getting sick and all she wants to do it hold onto you while she is throwing up??? I feel so bad for her in the first place and then have to lean her over whatever happens to be near while she is freaking out and reaching for me. Today SUCKS!!!!
Not only am I sad for her, I am so sad we are missing her very first Christmas concert at school where she was going to be singing Jingle Bells with the rest of her class and if she doesn't start feeling better we are going to have to miss my companies Christmas party tomorrow. :(

Ok...I am done. Let me know if you have any tricks to making a baby feel better when they are sick.

Decorating The Tree Time

Ashlynn helped decorate the Christmas tree this year (kinda). It was short lived and then we had to have some serious talks about not touching the breakable glass balls. Oh boy. This is going to be a fun Christmas.
