T.M.I. Post *(You Were Warned!)

This post might be for the mommy's only. Since you have all dealt with poop. I am sure most of the dad's have too, but this post might be a little TOO graphic for some. You were warned. Don't go any further if you can't deal with poop and seeing it too. :)

Ashlynn has been "practicing" on the toilet before bath time at night. Right before she gets in the tub, we put her on the potty to try. Nothing has happened at all. She is only 18 months right now, so no big expectations at all there. Just getting her used to it. And she sees us go potty, so she acts interested.

The other day she was telling us she is poopy, so we decided to get the little toy potty out for her to sit on and test out. She does know when she is poopy, which is great. *(thanks for the potty Katie!!!!)

Today (while I was editing Ainsley and Emery's pictures) Ashlynn came up to me, pointed at her little tiny bottom and said "POOPY". Ok...I checked, nothing. She came back and did it again, with the same results...nothing. So I suggested the toy potty. We went up stairs, I sat on the big toilet while she sat on the little one. AND SHE WENT POOP! IN THE TOILET! OH MY GOSH! NO WAY!! She looked at it and I think it freaked her out, so I hope she does it again, but WOW! So I took pictures! Here is where you might not want to look any further. YIPPEE! Hooray for Ashlynn! I know that this was probably a one time thing, but I was super excited.

Dang....that is a big poop for such a little girl. No wonder she knew it was coming. (*Again TMI) Sorry!

Look At What We Did Today

We skipped out of school and work early today to go to the pumpkin patch. Not just ANY pumpkin patch, but the Roloff Farms Pumpkin Patch! Josh had the best idea (when I said I wanted to go there so badly). He said we should go early on a Thursday, so we beat the crowds. And thank goodness he suggested that. Whew. No crowds at all. We did miss the first tour, but looked for pumpkins while we waited for the next ride. So fun. Down fall to the going on a Thursday was we only got to see Matt. No Amy, Jeremy, Zack, Molly or the youngest one...what is his name???

Any who. Fun times! Enjoy some of the pictures. I took a LOT more then this.

The Berg Kids

To be seen on Jennifer Lynn Photography soon too. :) I had such a good time up at the Berg's Thursday night and Friday. I didn't have to do a thing. Mackenzie and Kaila took care of everything. What great girls. I talked the kids into getting dressed into matching outfits and took them out for pictures to surprise Amy and Chris. We ended up trespassing to get the pictures, but what a great story to tell!
I do have to say...I knocked on the door (both front and back) and the house was vacant, so we snuck around back and took a few pictures at their barn and shed. Then to the side yard to take pictures by their old fence. Poor little Morgan was so afraid we were going to be arrested and sent to jail. Oh boy. :) I might have sent her in deeper. Sorry bout that.
