That night we were scheduled to go to my parents house for Emery's first birthday, so Amy and I talked and thought it would be so fun to surprise Josh with the news with the family there too. I dressed Ashlynn up in her BIG SISTER shirt and had her deliver the "GIFT" to Josh, while I took pictures and Amy shot video. He was so confused. He seriously thought that little box was meant for Grandpa or someone else. He didn't get what was going on until he looked up and realized that everyone was looking at him. Awesome! Hope that was an ok way to let you know you are going to be a Daddy again! We love you!!!

And We Told Daddy
Josh and I have been trying for this baby since January. It took just a look to get pregnant when we were trying for Ashlynn, so the time is was taking this time was hard for me. I just didn't get what was going on. So in April I went in to see my doctor. We decided to put me on Prometruim (Sp?) to make sure my cycles were correct. I was on that one full time, then part of the next month before I thought there might be some symptoms going on. So July 2nd I took a test and low and behold!!! YAHOO.

Potty Training Is Hard Work
Teaching Her The Home Keys Early
We had this old key board for a long time. She hasn't really been interested in it, but lately when I am working on my computer...she will pick up this key board and say it is "Ashlynn's Puter". Sweet little booger she is. Here she is ... working hard on some love letter to her daddy. Can't work without the bink or Gilmore. :)
